The International Police Rally is a sport-based motorcyclist and tourist event with the purpose of bringing the police motorcyclists of all nations together on an international level, to provide them with an opportunity to exchange their ideas during the event and to enhance friendships and appreciation of one another across borders.

The following people are entitled to participate: members of the police force, gendarmerie, customs and finance guard, border guards, prison service and military police and all members of the sport clubs of the above mentioned organizations.

Each participant of the rally (driver, co-driver and accompanying person) is required to enrol personally. The data sheets on the website of the 64th IPMC rally have to be filled in legibly and correctly with the entry of all necessary data, and have to be sent to the organizer by 31 May, 2010 the latest on the www.ipmcrally.hu website, under Registration.

As a confirmation of individual enrolment each participant will receive a starting card on which the station or the residence under the same consideration should be verified by the stamp of the duty station or the relevant sports club.

Participants arriving at the finishing line between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. get 2 penalty points for each minute of delay. Participants arriving later than 5 p.m. will not be classified.

a) For the place winners of the rally 3 August, 2010, as part of the opening ceremony. b) For the place winners of the IPMC European Championship 6 August, 2010 as part of the closing ceremony.

Every participating duty station and club or association, simultaneously with the submission of registrations, indicates the names and addresses of delegates participating in the IPMC Rally Delegate Congress by filling in the form designed for this purpose, according to the following calculation:

All participants of the 64th International Police Rally assume the risks of the competition at their own responsibility.

Arbitrators of IPMC were elected in 2008 at the Delegate Congress in Graz, Austria. Names of the members will be displayed at the finishing line.

Participants of the rally are kindly requested to wear their uniforms (no weapons allowed) or their club clothes at the time of arrival and during the official events.

Hotel or camping site booking: at www.ipmcrally.hu under Registration. - The condition of valid booking is that the fee of the accommodation indicated on the registration form should be credited on the bank account of the organizer within 10 bank days following the submission of the registration. If the fee of accommodation does not arrive, your booking will be cancelled.

The participants are expected to take care of their basic catering needs on their own.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the announcement or to make specifications regarding performance, which will then become a valid part of the announcement. Participants of the rally, by submitting the registration, undertake to obey the rules and regulations related to this announcement of competition.
