If the participants book their accommodation through Főnix Events Organizing NPO, authorized by the organizers for arranging this part of the event, by sending in the completed form, the reservation is provided for them depending on the current free capacity of the particular hotel/camping in the order of arrival of the registrations. In accordance with this, the reservation regarding the accommodation ordered by the participant qualifies as accepted if Főnix Events Organizing NPO confirms it in writing (via email).

- Deadline for the booking of accommodation: 31 May, 2010. We can guarantee the booking only until the given deadline, under the conditions indicated in the announcement.

Cancellation policy:
The rate of refund in case of cancellation:
until 31 May, 2010: 70%
between 1-30 June, 2010: 50%
In case of cancellation after 1 July, 2010, there is no refund.
