64. INTERNATIONAL POLICE RALLY DEBRECEN, HUNGARY
Announcement
Classifications

a) Individual distance classification

Distant classification of each participant arriving at the finishing line within the fixed time limit will be made individually according to the following:
1 km = 1 point according to the fastest route from the station or residence.
The European map of www.viamichelin.com serves as the basis for classification. If the starting place cannot be found on this map, the participant has to indicate the closest settlement to it on the map, as an assumed station (starting place).
If during classification the calculation results in more than three identical results in the case of the same starting place among the prize winners, the order is decided by a draw.

Additional points for Individual Distance-Classification:
Driver and co-driver with a passenger car 5 points each
Accompanying people in the passenger car 2 points each
Driver and co-driver with a motorbike 6 points each
Accompanying people on the motorbike 3 points each
Participant bus drivers 1 point
Accompanying people in the bus 1 point each
Uniform or a club coat, or motorbike dress on motorbikes 5 points

Penalty points:
- All offences committed by the participants and established by the local police are reported to the organizers. For every offence and vehicle 20% of the total points achieved both in the individual and group classification will be deducted.
- All offences are presented to IPMC for further action.
- This classification is obligatory for all participants.

b) Team distance classification
The basis for this classification will be the number of team members arriving at the finishing line and their points. Starting cards have to be handed in one by one and personally. Any points gained in the individual classification will be taken over to the team classification.
Each club or organization may enter only two teams in total. In this case one of the teams will be classified in the category of ‘passenger cars / buses' while the other in the category of ‘motorbikes'.
Each team must pay a separate team registration fee.

Category A: 3 - 5 participants
Category B: 6 - 10 participants
Category C: 11 - 20 participants
Category D: 21 - 35 participants

Points scored here will not be taken over to the classification of the rally. The competition events will have to be completed with the vehicles provided by the organizers. In accordance with the IPMC resolution subsequent registrations and registration changes are not permitted. Deadline for registration: 31 May, 2010.
