Every participating duty station and club or association, simultaneously with the submission of registrations, indicates the names and addresses of delegates participating in the IPMC Rally Delegate Congress by filling in the form designed for this purpose, according to the following calculation:

• For 5 - 10 registered participants: 1 delegate
• For 16 - 30 registered participants: 2 delegates
• For 31 or more registered participants: 3 delegates
Each nation should be represented by at least one delegate (even if there is only one participant from the particular country).

According to article 12 of the IPMC statute, only those delegates can participate in the delegate congress of the 64th International Police Rally who have registered before the given deadline (31 May, 2010).
We would like to call your attention to the possibility of collaboration: if the number of people registering from a particular club do not reach the minimum number of five people, several such clubs may be represented by a common delegate at the congress.
