The above specifications do not exclude other bodies either, if within the framework of the performance of their duties, although under different name, they perform the same tasks. Every driver, co-driver and accompanying person who has entered qualifies as a participant.

4. Documents and Vehicles
Each driver must possess the necessary vehicle documents and a driving license valid in Hungary as well as the obligatory international motor vehicle insurance. All two-, three-, and four-wheel motor vehicles licensed for participation in public traffic will be admitted.

5. Identification Marks of Vehicles
Each vehicle has to be marked with the starting number provided by the organizers, possibly throughout the whole event. In the case of motorcycles, the starting number has to be put on a clearly visible place. As regards cars and buses, a starting number has to be put at the front and rear part of the vehicle as well, not obstructing the driver's view.
